Pastoral Letter 8th May

Dear Friends,

I hope that this finds you safe and well.

Recent news from St Aidan’s comes from Ruth and Chris Hobson who say, ‘it has been our privilege on behalf of St Aidan’s to take many bags of food to the refuge and in addition a cash donation of £130.00. They were more than grateful and wished to pass on thanks. In addition we were able to include 2 cases of bottled water donated by Shepley Spring Water (or-ganised by Molly Batty)’. A huge thank you once again to Ruth and Chris.

Faith at Home is a national campaign aimed at equipping households to explore and grow in faith through inspirational experiences grounded in the new daily normal of the home. It collates and creates resources that can be obtained digitally. And it brings together school leaders, clergy, chaplains, teachers and parents.

There are lots of resources, including for example those focused on supporting children and young people in Grief and Bereavement, that will be also shared through Faith at Home and a growing range of partner organisations.www.churchofengland.org

Please do get in touch if there is anything that you need or if you have a prayer request, or if you would just like a chat.

Every blessing,

Kate
